Let's celebrate our enduring US Constitution and our cherished freedoms with an accomplished guest speaker who champions economic freedom and opportunity for all New Jerseyans.

Join Essex County NJ Republican Women on Saturday, October 4 for our Annual Constitution Day Fundraiser & Luncheon at Rock Spring Golf Club, West Orange!

This spirited event will bring together a community of proud, passionate Republicans. Expect patriotic music by our own Ladies of Liberty and insightful remarks from Regina M. Egea, Chairman of the Board of Garden State Initiative (see below for more details!) And of course we shall look forward to the excitement of our signature Gift Basket drawing fundraiser.

This is our biggest fundraiser of the year—and we need your help to make it a success! We’re collecting themed baskets, unique items, gift cards, and local experiences. Be creative – wine, spa, Jersey pride, tailgate gear, whatever you’d love to take home!

Our guest speaker for ECNJRW’s Constitution Day will be Regina M. Egea, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Garden State Initiative (GSI). Ms. Egea describes the GSI as “the undisputed policy thought leader in New Jersey when it comes to promoting common sense ideas to spur investment, innovation and economic growth.” She was the driving force behind GSI’s launch in 2017 and served as its President before becoming Chairman in April 2024.

Ms. Egea earned an MBA in Marketing from Fordham University and enjoyed a 30-year career at AT&T, culminating in the position of Senior Vice President of Global Business Marketing. She joined NJ Governor Chris Christie’s administration in 2010 and served as his Chief of Staff from 2015 to 2016. She has completed the International Executive Program at the International Institute for Management in Lausanne, Switzerland and Harvard University’s Women on Boards program. Ms. Egea has also served on her town’s Board of Education and on its Township Committee, which included the role of Deputy Mayor.

We very much look forward to Ms. Egea’s visit with us on October 4. Her expertise and views on solutions to New Jersey’s economic challenges will guarantee an informative and fascinating discussion for luncheon attendees.

This isn’t just a luncheon—it’s a rallying point. A celebration of our Constitution. A chance to connect, recharge, and raise our voices together.
